OpenVPN Connect + WENZVPN or BLUEVPN config tutorial
Requirements
1. Android phone (4.0 or above) (root NOT required)
2. OpenVPN Connect (latest version), link:
or
or
3. Openvpn config and account (see/read 1st post)
4. Smartbro Sim (Visayas or Mindanao area only)
or
Sun Broadband (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) note: Broadband not Sun Cellular
Instructions for WENZVPN
1. Install OpenVPN Connect.
2. Turn on the mobile data connection (if your sim is in your phone), or turn on your WiFi if you're using Pocket WiFi.
3. Extract "6.2.14 update 3in1.rar" anywhere on computer
4. Look for "Wenz Symbianize-4 Config4Android" which contains the configs (.ovpn).
5. Edit the "wenz.txt" and change the account (the username and password), save.
6. Copy all config files (including wenz.txt) anywhere on phone.
7. Launch OpenVPN Connect and go to options > Import > Import Profile fro SD card and look for the copied configs.
8. Just select "Continue" when asked for certificates.
9. Connect.
Instructions for BLUEVPN
1. Install OpenVPN Connect.
2. Turn on the mobile data connection (if your sim is in your phone), or turn on your WiFi if you're using Pocket WiFi.
3. Extract "BlueVpn Free v1.04 UDP-TCP.rar" anywhere on computer.
4. Go to data > config (folder) which contains the configs (.ovpn).
5. Edit the "password.txt" change enter the account (the username and password), save.
6. Copy all config files (including password.txt) anywhere on phone.
7. Launch OpenVPN Connect and go to options > Import > Import Profile fro SD card and look for the copied configs.
8. Just select "Continue" when asked for certificates.
9. Connect.
Instructions for any other vpn
1. Install OpenVPN Connect.
2. Turn on the mobile data connection (if your sim is in your phone), or turn on your WiFi if you're using Pocket WiFi.
3. Look for the config files (.ovpn)
4. Copy all config files (including all files in the same folder as the config, e.g. .txt, .key, etc) anywhere on phone.
5. Launch OpenVPN Connect and go to options > Import > Import Profile fro SD card and look for the copied configs.
6. Just select "Continue" when asked for certificates.
7. Connect.
Things to remember
1. Give your feedback/inquiries in its respective thread, and DONT PM me unless no one really answers :)
2. When a config is updated you will need to delete the old import and import it again. To delete a config in OpenVPN Connect just select it and hold it (long press).
